In the photography pathway, students will learn how to use a camera to create powerful works of art. They will learn how to master both film and digital photography and communicate in the visual language of photographs. Students will learn about the history, social impact and the modern trends of the art of photographic. They will learn how to manipulate images with advanced editing programs as well as master the intricate process of developing film. Finally, students will develop a photographic style and learn to apply their knowledge in the real world.

Ms. Peter received her B.A. in Photography and Art from the University of San Diego. She holds a CA teaching credential in Visual Arts and has worked for St. Hope for over 7 years.
